Sourcing Material

We are using the Higher strength steel of SG52 / EN10025-2:S355 / S420 and Equivalent higher strength grades, these are micro alloy steel with good weld ability, outsourced from well reputed manufacturers from India. All load bearing components are manufactured with minimum Yield strength of 420 MPa.

Welding

We qualifying all welders and all auto welding machines every year and we have certified by SLV Mannheim (Germany), EN 1090-2 2018 for steel welding and EN 1090-3 2008 for Aluminum welding.

Finish

Our Products are hot dip galvanized finish (HDG), we use Super high grade zinc 99.995 % pure zinc for HDG, we have in-house galvanizing plant with high technology and very good quality galvanized material finish. We use the low silicon steel for better galvanizing finish. We have two kettles and sizes are 1) 1.25 meter width x 2.00 meter deep x 8.50 meter length 2) 1.00 meter width x 1.60 meter deep x 8.00 meter length.

Traceability

We have very good quality management system of Traceability and Identification in our all products, Each product has stamp which mentioning Name of manufacturer; (manufacturer identification) month of manufacturing ; year of manufacturing ; 3 digit heat Identification number of material used / batch no i.e. “TI MM YY XXX”.

We have Lean manufacturing system implemented throughout the manufacturing process line where we maintain the online methods of products flow based on the customer requirements , we do Right First Time (RFT) and check the Process capability (CP value) of each and every process and make robust the manufacturing process. We analysing each process by measuring the DPU (defect per unit method) for their process capability and improving each process by required counter measures for continual improvements. By doing TPM activities, we ensuring On Time Delivery and Quality Products and Safety of Man and Machine and Material throughout the plant.

Quality Control and Testing facility

We have ISO 9001 2015 certified Quality system with well-equipped in-house testing facility for all incoming raw material, in-process material, products load qualifying test (load bearing capacity test).

We have following testing facilities..

  • Universal testing machine for mechanical properties
  • Spectrometer for chemical properties
  • Charpy impact testing machine
  • Cold weather test for the products node / fitting points at -60 deg. C.
  • Post Shore / Prop load testing machine
  • Three tier load testing machine (Six meter height )
  • Horizontal, Steel plank, Vertical and all other products testing facility (UDL and Point load)
  • Non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment like Ultrasonic testing (UT) , Die Penetration Testing (DPT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) , Macro itching for weld penetration (Weld fusion test)
